How to use matcha powder?

What are the health benefits of Matcha powder?
Matcha is known for its high content of antioxidants, caffeine and L-theanine. Matcha is also rich in vitamin C, which contributes to normal mental function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended dosage:
Whisk 1-2 scoops of Matcha powder with water at 60-70°C until the green liquid foams. Never whisk for more than 30 seconds to avoid making the tea bitter. Or mix 1-2 tablespoons of Matcha powder with fruit juice in a smoothie. Contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.
