Lion's Mane
Lion's Mane is a mushroom that grows naturally on hardwood trees in temperate forests in the northern hemisphere, including North America, Europe and Asia. Lion's Mane is also known as "wigzwam" in Dutch because of the long "hairs" that hang down. The English name also refers to the appearance of the mushroom resembling a "lion's mane".

Shiitake
Shiitake is a type of edible mushroom widespread in East Asian countries such as Japan, China and Korea. Shiitake mushrooms contain many important nutrients, including protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals such as vitamins B, D and K, selenium, zinc, iron and copper. In addition, shiitake mushrooms are rich in polysaccharides, especially beta-glucans.

Maitake

Cordyceps

Chaga contains many different substances, such as vitamins, minerals, phenols, enzymes, and antioxidants. The substances in chaga have a very high ORAC value (oxygen radical absorption capacity). Chaga mushroom also contains many polysaccharides rich in beta-glucans and active substances such as betulinic acid.

Zinc Methionine
Zinc is one of the most widespread trace elements in the body and is essential for health. It is found in bones, muscles, liver, kidneys and skin. The body cannot produce or store zinc itself, so it must obtain enough of this trace mineral from food.

Zinc supports the immune system, normal metabolism, is an antioxidant, contributes to normal memory, concentration and hormonal balance.
