Amanprana Verde Salud is a top quality extra virgin olive oil, produced exclusively by mechanical means from organically grown olives. The olives come from the sunny slopes of the Sierra Mágina Natural Park in Andalusia - one of the most renowned olive growing areas in Spain.
The oil is cold pressed at a maximum temperature of 27°C, unrefined and processed gently to preserve its natural flavour, aroma and valuable natural ingredients. Verde Salud is the only olive oil that comes directly from this natural park and carries the D.O.P.

Suitable for cooking
Unlike conventional oils of lower quality, Verde Salud is stable even at higher temperatures and is suitable not only for cold cooking, but also for frying, baking or preparing dishes in a wok. Thanks to its quality, it can withstand temperatures higher than 180 °C.
