Extra virgin olive oil. High-quality olive oil obtained directly from the olives by mechanical means.
The achievement of quality begins with the olive trees, each of which has 36 m2, twice as much space as usual. Since their hacienda is located in the middle of an olive plantation, the hand-picked crop is pressed within six hours of harvest.
The pressing is carried out exclusively mechanically, under gentle pressure and at a temperature below 25 °C. After settling in stainless steel tanks, the olive oil is bottled in dark glass bottles without filtering on request. The taste and antioxidants are thus optimally preserved.
The result is a very fine, harmonious olive oil with a taste that is very close to its soil.
It is recommended for use in cold dishes and sophisticated dishes.
