Bona Mel mountain honey is a 100% organic honey with a deep, complex flavor and a strong character. This honey comes from bees collecting nectar from oaks, holly oaks and wild mountain flowers in the Cebollera Natural Park in the Soria region of Spain. The mountain area, located at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,200 meters above sea level, produces a unique honey with a rich taste experience.

The honey has a dark amber color and an intense floral aroma, enriched with notes of roasted cereals and malt. The taste is full and sweet, with subtle salty nuances that create a balanced mouthfeel. Thanks to slow crystallization, this honey retains its creamy texture for a long time.
