Bona Mel floral honey is a 100% organic honey with a fine, sweet taste and a light floral aroma. This honey comes from bees collecting nectar from a variety of Mediterranean flowers in the pristine natural parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor, located in the province of Alicante, Spain. At an altitude of approximately 1000 meters, a refined honey is produced that reflects the pure essence of the Mediterranean flora.

The honey has a warm, medium-light reddish color and a delicate, easily accessible taste without strong tones. The floral aroma is subtle and does not overpower other flavors, making this honey ideal for everyday use. Thanks to rapid crystallization, the honey forms medium to fine crystals, which give it a pleasant, slightly grainy texture.
