Nettle supports water excretion from the body, normal kidney function, normal vascular system function, vitality and energy. It has a beneficial effect on the natural defenses - the immune system.

White birch contributes to the normal function of the urinary tract and kidneys.

Creeping grass supports the normal functioning of the circulatory system, body weight control and excretion of water from the body.

Dandelion supports detoxification - excretion, is an antioxidant.

Ingredients

Stinging nettle (Urtica diodica), Wild yam (Galium verum), White birch (Betula pendula), Creeping grass (Agropyron repens), Bird's-foot trefoil (Polygonum aviculare), Tricolor violet, Artichoke vegetable (Cynara scolymus), Aronia melanocarpa, Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)

Instructions

Recommended dosage: 1-3 cups daily regardless of meals for three months, then a break of 6-8 weeks is appropriate and the bark can be repeated.

Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon (2g) with boiling water (200-250ml), and let it steep for 15 minutes.
