Instructions

Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture (2 g) with boiling water (200–250 ml) and let it steep for 10–15 minutes.

Dosage: 1–4 cups daily, for 3–4 weeks, regardless of meals. In the case of 1-2 cups a day, it can be used for up to 2 months.
