A new generation preparation whose organic-silicon structure is adapted to the absorption of unwanted substances in the digestive tract of the organism. Dietary supplement.
ENTEROSGEL® is an oral intestinal adsorbent (enterosorbent) based on an organic mineral with adsorption capacity for certain toxic and harmful substances in the intestine (e.g. endotoxins, enterotoxins), which it physically binds to its surface, thereby reducing the frequency of stool emptying and the duration of diarrhea.
ENTEROSGEL® leaves the body with the stool and eliminates adsorbed toxins and harmful substances, which is beneficial in the treatment of indicated conditions.
ENTEROSGEL® relieves symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating and urgency (acute urge to defecate) in patients with IBS-D.

Ingredients: polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate (methylsilicic acid hydrogel) – 70%, purified water –
30%. ENTEROSGEL® does not contain preservatives, dyes, gluten, fats, sugar, lactose, flavorings, ingredients of plant or animal origin.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Take ENTEROSGEL® 2 hours
before or after meals or after taking
oral medications.
• ENTEROSGEL® is used for 3–5 days
for acute diarrhea and up to 21 days
for chronic diarrhea due to IBS.
• Before administration, dilute the dose in
water that is at room temperature.
• Use the sachet immediately after opening.
Dilute the contents of the sachet in water.
• Use the tube within 30 days of opening.
Duration of use and dosage
• Children:
1–3 years: it is recommended to consult a doctor before using ENTEROSGEL.
1–6 years: 5 g (approximately 1 teaspoon or 1/3 of a sachet) diluted in 50–100 ml of water 3 times a day.
7–14 years: 10 g (approximately 2 teaspoons or 2/3 of a sachet) diluted in 50–100 ml of water 3 times a day.
Children aged 15+ and adults:
15 g to 22.5 g (approximately 1 tablespoon or 1–1.5 sachets)
diluted in 200 ml of water 3 times
a day.
At the beginning of treatment (Day 1), you can double the first dose
and then continue with a single
dose after each stool,
3 to 6 times a day. On the first day
a maximum of 8 doses.
• Stop treatment with ENTEROSGEL if you have not had a stool for 1–2 days,
increase your water intake and continue
treatment after the next stool.
• During the treatment of chronic diarrhea, you can adjust the dosage
to match the consistency
and frequency of stools. It is possible to take
up to double the dose 3 times
a day if the stools are loose,
or reduce to one dose
a day if the stools are
normal. A maximum of
6 doses can be taken per day.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not take ENTEROSGEL®:
- if you are simultaneously taking oral medications with modified
(controlled) release,
- if you suffer from intestinal atony (severe constipation due to intestinal obstruction) or intestinal obstruction
- or in case of intolerance to the product during previous use.

Constipation, nausea.
PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING
ENTEROSGEL® can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is advisable to talk to your doctor if you feel unwell during pregnancy or breastfeeding. PREVENTIVE MEASURES ENTEROSGEL® may affect the absorption of some oral medications - take ENTEROSGEL® 2 hours before or after taking oral medication. If you are taking any medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist about the use of ENTEROSGEL. • ENTEROSGEL® should be taken orally between meals. • In case of prolonged diarrhea, before using ENTEROSGEL, it is necessary to consult a doctor to determine the diagnosis of the underlying disease. • In children, the treatment of diarrhea should be supplemented by timely administration of sufficient fluids to prevent dehydration. • In adults, it is recommended to drink sufficient fluids during treatment with ENTEROSGEL to ensure proper rehydration. • If diarrhea symptoms persist for more than 2 days, it is necessary to consult a doctor. • If you have fever, blood in the stool, signs of dehydration, six or more stools during last 24 hours, concurrent diarrhea
and vomiting, severe or persistent
abdominal pain, seek medical attention as soon as possible, especially
in children.
• There are no clinical data on the use of ENTEROSGEL in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor before
using ENTEROSGEL.
• Do not use after the expiration date.
• Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Do not exceed the recommended duration of treatment and do not take with food to avoid possible
vitamin or nutrient deficiency.
• Please talk to your doctor if you are currently
using other intestinal adsorbents,
for example, preparations containing activated charcoal, clay or kaolin.
Your doctor may advise you not to use them
at the same time
as ENTEROSGEL®.
• ENTEROSGEL® is not indicated
for use in acute chemical or drug poisoning
or drug overdose.
Sachets
• Once opened, each sachet can be used only once.
• The sachets are for single use
and must be opened immediately
before use.
• Do not reuse partially
used sachets to prevent
microbial contamination.
Tubes
• Shake the tube well before opening and each use.
• A small amount of liquid may appear when squeezing ENTEROSGEL
from the tube or sachet.
• After opening and each use,
close the tube cap tightly to prevent drying out and microbial contamination.
• The tube use within 30 days of opening.
HOW TO STORE THE PRODUCT:
• ENTEROSGEL® must not be used
after the expiry date
stated on the packaging.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store ENTEROSGEL® at temperatures between 4°C and 30°C.
• Protect from freezing.
• Do not expose to excessive heat
or direct sunlight.
• The expiry date stated on the packaging applies to a properly stored, unopened product.
DISPOSAL:
No special precautions are required for the disposal of unused
ENTEROSGEL®. The product can be safely disposed of in household waste. The packaging can be recycled.
