Aleracaps and Aleramis contain an extract of Perilla frutescens, which helps protect the body in a polluted environment.

Perilla frutescens contains substances that help reduce reactions to pollen, dust, fungi or mold spores. Aleracaps comes in the form of capsules, suitable for people who have trouble swallowing capsules - they can "open" the capsule and pour out its contents. Aleramis is a liquid extract, taken internally, or it can be used to rub on the skin (e.g. after insect bites). These herbal products do not reduce attention, do not cause drowsiness and are not habit-forming.

Ingredients:

Active ingredients in 1 capsule: 150.07 mg of dried extract of Perilla frutescens, which corresponds to 8 g of fresh perilla leaves. The product is not intended for children under 3 years of age.

Dosage:

1 - 2 capsules per day, preferably in the morning, regardless of meals
