Our beta-carotene dietary supplement is made from Dunaliella salina, a type of microalgae found in sea salt fields. To survive salty conditions, this microalgae has a high concentration of beta-carotene, which protects against intense light.
WHAT IS BETA-CAROTE?
Beta-carotene is a red-orange pigment found in carrots and other colorful vegetables. The body converts beta-carotene into vitamin A, making it usable by our cells. Beta-carotene has been shown to neutralize free radicals, which can help fight natural oxidative damage.
