Resveratrol is a flavonoid that is usually found in red grapes, peanuts, blueberries, cranberries and cocoa. People most often associate resveratrol with the antioxidant properties of red wine.

WHAT IS QUERCETIN?
Quercetin is one of the most abundant flavonoids in nature, which is a building block for other flavonoids. It occurs in food in the form of a glycone. Glycone is an inactive form of quercetin that is bound to a sugar molecule, which can sometimes make it difficult to absorb nutrients from food.
