Saccharomyces Boulardii is a unique, non-pathogenic, transient yeast that has been shown to survive without refrigeration. This makes it ideal to add to your suitcase when traveling. S. Boulardii does not multiply (colonize) in the intestines and only takes three days to reach maximum steady state. S. Boulardii's activity is manifested as it passes through the digestive tract.
WHAT IS L-GLUTAMINE?
L-Glutamine is an amino acid that occurs in high amounts in the body. It is produced in skeletal muscle and then released into the circulation and utilized by intestinal epithelial tissue.
