WHAT IS LECITHIN?
Lecithin is a phospholipid, a plant sterol. It is a natural source of choline and inositol and is rich in phosphatidyl serine. Natural levels of phosphatidyl may decrease with age.

Our lecithin granules are made from 100% pure, non-GMO soy lecithin. The granules can be taken by the spoonful or added to foods as a thickening method, e.g. in soups and dressings.
WHAT IS LECITHIN FOR?
Lecithin is a source of choline and inositol. Choline contributes to normal homocysteine and lipid metabolism and to the maintenance of normal liver function.
