OUR FOOD SUPPLEMENT WITH VITAMIN B COMPLEX

Our food supplement Unwind (formerly Special B-complex) was designed to help support the body during times of stress. Unwind contains all the essential B vitamins in the ideal ratio for the human body (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12).

Our Unwind preparation contains vitamins C and E, magnesium, calcium, potassium, choline and inositol. For additional stress support, we have also added lecithin granules from non-genetically modified soy. Lecithin contains a natural source of choline, inositol, phosphotidylserine and essential fatty acids such as linolenic and linoleic acid.

We have also included reishi in our Unwind dietary supplement. Reishi is a type of mushroom that is considered an adaptogen due to its harmonizing properties.

WHAT IS A B VITAMIN?

The B vitamins are a group of water-soluble nutrients that play an important role in almost all biochemical processes in the body. The body cannot store B vitamins, so it is important to make them a standard part of the diet to prevent their deficiency.

It is also important to monitor your intake of B vitamins if you are following a diet that does not contain meat or fish, as some B vitamins, such as B12, are missing from plant foods.

WHAT DOES UNWIND DO?

Unwind provides all the essential B vitamins. B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B1 contributes to the normal function of the heart. Unwind also helps maintain hair and skin as it contains biotin, B2 and B3.

Our packaging is made from natural plant materials, making it 100% biodegradable. This means our packaging will feel right at home in the compost bin.
