Our B & C vitamin supplement aims to provide these vitamins in the ideal ratio for the human body. The vitamin C in this blend comes in the form of calcium ascorbate, a gentler, non-acidic form of vitamin C that better complements the B vitamin blend.
WHAT IS VITAMIN B?
The B vitamins are a group of water-soluble nutrients that play an important role in almost every biochemical process that occurs in the body. The body cannot store B vitamins. It is also important to monitor your intake of B vitamins if you are on a diet that does not include meat or fish, as some B vitamins, such as B12, are found predominantly in these foods.
WHAT IS VITAMIN C?
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin and a powerful antioxidant. The body cannot store vitamin C, which means it must be a regular part of the diet to avoid deficiency. In our Vitamin B & C supplement, we use calcium ascorbate, a synthetic form of vitamin C that is gentle on the stomach.
WHAT DO VITAMIN B & VITAMIN C DO?
Vitamins B and C contribute to a healthy diet in many ways. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C and biotin contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamins B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal maintenance of red blood cells, while B1 contributes to the normal function of the heart. Vitamins B1, B3, B12, C and biotin contribute to psychological function, while B5 contributes to mental performance.

Our packaging is made from natural plant materials, making it 100% biodegradable. This means that our packaging will feel right at home in the compost bin. Our supplements are in vegetable cellulose capsules. This allows us to offer a supplement that does not require excipients, binders or unnatural fillers.
