OUR COMPLEX VITAMIN C SUPPLEMENT
We use a blend of pure vitamin C powder (ascorbic acid), acerola cherry and rosehip in a vegetable cellulose capsule to create our vitamin C complex supplements. Acerola (Malpighia emarginata) and rosehip (Rose canina) are well known for their rich vitamin C profile, including naturally occurring bioflavonoids that may aid in the absorption of vitamin C.
WHAT IS IT VITAMIN C?
Vitamin C is water-soluble, which means that unlike some other nutrients, the body cannot store it. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and contributes to the normal function of many processes in the body.
WHAT DOES VITAMIN C DO?
Vitamin C contributes to a healthy diet in many ways. This includes the normal function of the immune system during and after exercise and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin C also contributes to the formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, cartilage, bones, gums, skin and teeth. Vitamin C may also contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, reducing tiredness and fatigue.
