We use iron bisglycinate in our mineral supplement. Iron bisglycinate is a chelated mineral. Chelated minerals are combined with amino acids to form a complex that is easier for the body to digest and assimilate. This allows us to offer the highest quality, nutrient-rich iron supplement.
WHAT DOES IRON DO?
Iron contributes to a healthy diet in many ways. It contributes to normal cognitive function, energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
