Ingredients: Pea seeds (Pisum Sativum) from organic farming.

Recommended use: For decorating pastries, soups, vegetable or pasta salads. Best eaten raw to preserve all nutrients.

Preparation instructions:
Soaking time: 8-12 hours
Germination time: 3-4 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20 °C
Rinse with water: 2-3 times a day
Harvest at size: 1-3 cm

Rinse with water before consumption. Sprouts can be stored for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator at a temperature of up to 12°C.
