This unique combination of natural, biologically active substances works against wrinkles and gives the skin a healthy and youthful appearance. It supports the natural synthesis of the extracellular matrix, including type 1 collagen, which is responsible for youthful firmness, smoothness and elasticity of the skin.

The serum visibly firms facial contours, regenerates, nourishes and deeply hydrates. Thanks to this synergistic composition, there is a very significant reduction in the length and depth of wrinkles, gentle removal of dead skin cells and very easy penetration of biologically active substances into the skin, which thus gains youthful firmness, brightness, freshness and silky softness.

The serum is suitable for all skin types, young, mature and very sensitive, acne-prone and problematic. You will also appreciate it on tired, sagging, stressed or aging skin prone to the formation of age spots.

Natural collagen serum with Dragon's Blood is transepidermal, biologically active, hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested. Formula without parabens and other preservatives.

Always apply a minimum amount of serum to damp to wet skin as a base for cosmetics or make-up. CAUTION - if you apply more, you may notice a strong lifting effect or sticky feeling - less is always more with serum. To moisturize the skin, you can use water or collagen tonic, or better yet, vivou water. For a quick onset of effects and in case of collagen deficiency due to age, stress and fatigue, do an intensive collagen treatment and apply the serum several times a day for the first 2-3 days. If you use a galvanic iron for wrinkles, double chin and cellulite, you can iron the serum every day onto damp skin on program no. 2 or 3. and moisturize the skin during ironing. You can support the rejuvenating and regenerative processes by using collagen capsules internally.

How to use

Apply a very small amount of collagen serum to your cleansed and moisturized face, eyelids, neck and décolleté twice a day, morning and evening, and gently pat until completely absorbed. Then apply a collagen day or night cream in synergy, or elixir for the eye area, or your favorite cosmetics.

Warning

Store collagen serum at room temperature 5–25°C. In case of tropical heat, store in the refrigerator. Protect from direct sunlight. The serum should not be used by people with acute skin inflammations that require pharmacological treatment, or by people with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product. Avoid contact with eyes. Neither the manufacturer nor the distributor is liable for any damage caused by improper storage.

Active ingredients

Collagen – a protein that represents approximately 30% of the total amount of human protein and up to 70% of the protein in human skin. Collagen, together with elastin, forms an elastic network in the dermis, which gives the skin elasticity and strength and also provides support for fibroblasts. In addition, collagen is also able to unusually bind water, which affects the proper moisturizing of the skin. Collagen stimulates the renewal processes, deeply regenerates, moisturizes and firms the skin.

Dragon tree resin / Dragon blood – dark red sap - resin from the rare Dracaena cochinchinensis tree. It got its name Dragon blood because the sap that the tree secretes after being disturbed for its protection, regeneration and healing has a dark red color resembling blood, and the shape of the seeds resembles a dragon. It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for its effects for hundreds of years. The most modern research has shown that dragon blood has, among others, rejuvenating, antibacterial and antiseptic effects, strengthens and at the same time helps in the deep regeneration of the skin. Other important substances have also been obtained from the plant, including loureirin A, B and C, as well as resveratrol and hydroxyphenol.

Babas oil – has moisturizing and softening effects and also improves skin elasticity. This emollient prevents moisture loss in the skin and strengthens its lipid layer. Babassu oil contains a high concentration of lauric acid, which is known for its antibacterial and antiseptic effects. It is also rich in unsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic acid or oleic acid.

Elastin – a protein that inseparably accompanies collagen. Both proteins create an elastic network in the dermis, which gives the skin its elasticity, firmness and also supports fibroblasts.

Caprylyl glycol – is a substance that occurs naturally in humans in an identical form. It is naturally synthesized in the human body and has the same chemical structure as this natural compound. This ingredient also has significant moisturizing effects (as a humectant) due to its structure and gently lubricates the skin. The presence of this short-chain fatty acid simplifies the absorption of our product into the depths of the skin and at the same time, thanks to its gentle lubrication, prevents water loss from the skin.

Lactic acid – is a fruit acid that is classified as an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA). In addition, lactic acid is a “green” raw material that is obtained from natural sources and is completely biodegradable. This acid is obtained by biotechnology from fermented sugar using lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus). It is also worth noting that this substance has acquired GRAS status, i.e. it has been recognized as generally safe. Depending on the concentration, lactic acid can act as a cleansing, regenerating and moisturizing substance (in the amount in which it occurs in collagen, it brings moisturizing and regenerating effects). This acid works best at a pH of 3–4 (i.e. the one our product has). Clinical tests have clearly shown that preparations containing fruit acids have a positive effect on the condition and appearance of the skin, and such preparations are recommended primarily for people with dry skin or visible signs of aging. Excessive growth of cells in the upper part of the skin causes the skin layer to thicken and become dull. The lactic acid molecule is not too large and can therefore easily penetrate the skin. This acid loosens the corneocyte part of the upper layer of the skin - the epidermis (it dissolves the connective substances that connect individual cells) and simplifies its removal. The result of such a process is the regulation of the natural abrasion of the upper layer and the associated stimulation of the renewal of deeper cells, especially fibroblasts, which are responsible for the synthesis of collagen and elastin. In addition, as a result of regular use of fruit acids, the skin retains water more easily. This is also visible in the increase in the level of ceramides in the skin, which multiply precisely as a result of stimulation and their synthesis by AHA acids. Thanks to this, fruit acids not only do not damage the skin's protective barrier, but they significantly improve its condition. An increase in the amount of fibrillar proteins and water in the deeper layers of the skin is manifested by smoothing wrinkles and furrows on its surface and at the same time by a general improvement in its appearance. Lactic acid preparations are highly recommended after the summer and winter seasons, when the skin is tired from the effects of the sun or frost and requires special care, e.g. eliminating fine wrinkles or brightening pigment spots. Another benefit of lactic acid is its ability to facilitate the passage of substances through the skin, i.e. simplifies the absorption of other substances, especially nourishing and regenerating ones.
