Jarrow Formulas® Neuro Optimizer® is a dietary supplement containing Cognizin® Citicoline and Sharp-PS® Phosphatidylserine, L-glutamine, taurine, acetyl-L-carnitine and alpha-lipoic acid.

Citicoline is an intermediate in the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine, which is part of the gray matter of brain tissue. Citicoline supports brain metabolism by supporting the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
Phosphatidylserine supports the brain's response to common stress. The antioxidants acetyl-L-carnitine and taurine support neuronal health. Acetyl-L-carnitine, pantothenic acid and L-glutamine support brain metabolism. Taurine aids in osmoregulation.
Recommended Dosage:
Adults take 4 capsules once daily with juice or water between meals or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
