Recommended dosage:
For overwork and nervous tension: 1 capsule daily after meals.
For insomnia: 1 capsule in the evening half an hour before bedtime (for better effect, it is advisable to take the capsule with a small bite of food).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage, higher doses may slow down reactions. Do not take in combination with other sedatives.
