The Calm Night Spray Flower Complex is a combination of the following 5 flower elixirs:
- Agrimonia eupatoria
- Aspen (Populus tremula)
- Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris)
- Vervain (Verbena officinalis)
- White Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum alba)
How to use this Calm Sleep Spray:
Spray the spray twice under the tongue, 4 times a day.
For children over 6 years of age, you can spray a little into a glass of water to obtain a diluted and drinkable solution. Since they are made according to Dr. Bach's instructions with organic cognac, the flower elixir complexes have an alcohol content of 40%. Therefore, they are not recommended for pregnant women and children under 6 years of age.
