The rescue remedy is a combination of five other remedies: Star of Bethlehem, rock rose, clematis, impatiens and cherry plum.
The remedy is used primarily as first aid in accidents or in crisis situations and has a healing and calming effect.
Dr. Bach was an English physician who clearly saw the connection between our emotions and mood on the one hand and our health and well-being on the other. Moreover, according to Dr. Bach, the primary cause of most diseases lay in a disharmonious psychological state. In order to restore this state to balance (and thus bring about healing of mind and body), the prominent naturalist Dr. Bach developed 38 harmonized flower remedies, each of which was assigned to a precisely defined psychological imbalance, such as anxiety, jealousy, despair....
When should it be used?
- When entering difficult situations such as an interview, surgery, examination, etc.
- After a big argument, if you have heard bad news, if a disturbing event occurs, etc.
- If there is significant emotional pressure at work.
- In case of injury, shock and loss of consciousness.
