Lavender essential oil. 10 ml
It works against depression, insomnia, calms and removes nervous tension, headache. It has an antiseptic effect and regenerates skin cells. It is used to treat burns, dermatitis, eczema, boils. It is the only essential oil that can be applied to the skin undiluted.
Use in the bath:
Drip 2 to 3 drops of essential oil into about 2 dcl of milk, stir and pour into a stream of water. The resulting high-quality lotion softens the skin.
This bath is suitable for migraines and insomnia.

The given number of drops refers to soothing essential oils. When using irritating essential oils, e.g. clove, cinnamon, thyme, elemi, laurel, ginger, paprika or black pepper, the number of drops is reduced according to the individual sensitivity of the skin. | |||||
