Mattisson Active Folic Acid (vitamin B11) contains a high dose of 400 mcg of folic acid from the patented Quatrefolic®. Quatrefolic® is a fourth-generation folate with better bioavailability compared to other forms of folate. It is stable in the gastrointestinal tract. It contains the already converted form of 5-MTHF, so it does not need additional nutrients to convert folate.
