Mattisson BIO acacia fiber - 83% fiber - 200 grams

Acacia fiber comes from acacia trees, which are native to Africa. The sap from these trees is dried to create a fiber powder. Acacia fiber contains 83% soluble fiber, also called digestible fiber or prebiotic fiber. Fiber comes primarily from the cell walls of plants and is obtained by eating vegetables, fruit, bread, cereals, legumes and nuts.

Our modern diet, unlike the "traditional" diet, is low in fiber. It is recommended to consume 30 to 40 grams of fiber per day.

Mattisson Acacia Organic Fiber contains 3 grams of soluble fiber per daily dose and has a mild, neutral taste. This makes our acacia fiber easy to incorporate into various food products. Acacia fiber can also be sprinkled dry on oatmeal and salad.

Recommended dosage:

Mix 2 tablespoons (approx. 10 g) with a large glass of water. First add the acacia fiber to the glass and then add the water while stirring constantly. Drink the glass until empty and then drink another glass of water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Instead of water, acacia fiber can also be added to fruit juice, yogurt, smoothies or tea.

Best in the morning before meals. Any sediment is normal.
