Barley grass is a green leafy vegetable that is considered a very effective superfood. Barley grass has been used in traditional medicine for centuries, but is now also available as a dietary supplement.

Mattisson Organic Barley Grass comes from Germany and is made from freshly harvested young organic barley grass. Barley grass grows outdoors under the influence of sunlight and on the first shoots of young barley grass and is immediately harvested and processed.

Recommended dosage:

Take 4 tablets with water 1-3 times a day before, during or after meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store in a cool, dry and closed place. Keep out of reach of children. The food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
