Blackcurrant
Blackcurrant, in Latin Ribes nigrum, is a large, up to 1.5 meter tall plant that can produce up to 4-5 kg of fruit per year. In its pure form, blackcurrant is not at all tasty. However, when processed, it surpasses other dark-colored berries in taste. Most people know blackcurrant thanks to the drink called Cassis, which is based on blackcurrant. Also suitable for vegans.
Recommended dosage:
Take 3 capsules 1-2 times a day and drink them with water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
