Erythritol is a natural sweetener that is naturally found in some mushrooms, fruits and fermented foods. ORGANIC erythritol is produced by natural fermentation and has approximately 70% of the sweetening power of regular sugar. It is an ideal substitute for cane, beet or other sweeteners. Erythritol will add sweetness to smoothies, yogurts, snacks, drinks, ice cream and other (after) meals.
