Mattisson Organic Coconut Vinegar - 500 ml

Coconut vinegar is made from fresh coconut juice that is naturally fermented.

It is widely used in Filipino cuisine.

It does not have a strong taste and can be used in many different dishes.

The peculiarity of coconut vinegar is that it is slightly cloudy and does not actually taste like coconut at all.

Mattisson Fermented Coconut Vinegar is pure and unfiltered. The "mother" is retained in the vinegar after fermentation. The mother or ferment may form threads, lumps or sediment in the drink, which is normal. Shake well before use.

How to use coconut vinegar?

Coconut vinegar has a neutral taste and no distinctive odor. It can be used in the same way as regular natural vinegar. This vinegar can be mixed with a drink and can be used, for example, as a dressing.

Recommended dosage:

About a tablespoon or a shot, mix with a drink or use as a dressing. Do not store in direct (sunlight) light. After opening, it will last approximately 2 months.
