Mattisson BIO Coconut oil - deodorized - 500 ml

Coconut oil is a natural product made from the pulp of coconuts. The pulp is first dried and then the oil is pressed from it. Coconut oil consists of more than 40% of the long-chain fatty acid lauric acid.
This deodorized coconut oil has a neutral taste and is suitable for baking, frying and deep-frying. Coconut oil is deodorized with water vapor, which leaves fewer nutrients than in extra virgin coconut oil. Coconut oil does not contain any trans fatty acids. Any sediment is normal.

Recommended dosage:
Coconut oil dissolves into oil at a temperature of > 25 °C. Store in a cool, dry and closed container. Any sediment is normal. Suitable for frying, baking and deep-frying. For cold use, it can also be mixed with other oils, such as olive.
