What is a Turmeric Latte?
The herbal drink based on turmeric is also known as "golden milk". It is an ancient Ayurvedic recipe that is now starting to gain popularity in Europe. Golden milk is a delicious drink made from various herbs and spices.

What spices does Turmeric Latte contain and what are its effects?
The main ingredient in this latte is turmeric. Turmeric supports healthy digestion*, stimulates appetite* and keeps joints flexible*. It is also an antioxidant and helps maintain healthy skin.

Other spices in the blend include cinnamon, cumin, cloves, coriander, ginger, anise and allspice.

Recommended dosage:
Per cup: Dissolve 2 teaspoons (6 g) of powder and an optional teaspoon of (coconut) oil in warm water or (plant-based) milk, add the remaining warm liquid. For an extra creamy latte, it can also be blended in a blender. If desired, you can add a sweetener, such as honey, coconut syrup or coconut blossom sugar.
