Cordyceps
Cordyceps, also called the emperor mushroom, is a mushroom traditionally used in China. Cordyceps grows at an altitude of 3,000 to 5,000 meters in the Himalayas and other mountain ranges in China and Tibet. Cordyceps is an adaptogen. Adaptogens help the body better cope with stressful situations. In addition, Cordyceps supports the immune system**, is an energy booster** and a powerful antioxidant**.

Cocoa and Ceylon cinnamon
The addition of cocoa gives the latte a chocolatey flavor. Cocoa supports weight loss and a good state of mind,* mainly due to the high amount of magnesium that cocoa contains. Ceylon cinnamon helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels**.

Recommended dosage:
Per cup: Dissolve 2 teaspoons (6 g) of powder in warm water or (plant-based) milk, add the remaining warm liquid. For an extra creamy latte, it can also be blended in a blender. If desired, you can add a sweetener, such as honey, coconut syrup or coconut blossom sugar.
