What is Maca?
Maca is a tuberous plant native to the Peruvian Andes and the only edible plant that grows at this altitude (3000-4500 m). Maca was used by the Incas and was considered a delicacy due to its sweet taste. Maca is also called "ginseng of the Andes" and "food for the mood". Maca has a natural caramel taste.

Adaptogenic
Maca is an adaptogen. Adaptogens are non-toxic plants that help us resist physical and mental stress by returning the body to a level of homeostasis. We can use this especially in today's modern era full of hustle and stress.

Cocoa, lukuma and Ceylon cinnamon
The addition of cocoa gives the latte a chocolate flavor. Thanks to its high magnesium content, cocoa has a positive effect on the mood. Lucuma has a natural caramel taste. Ceylon cinnamon is known for its delicate, mild flavor and delicious aroma.

Recommended dosage:
Per cup: Dissolve 2 teaspoons (8 g) of powder in warm water or (plant-based) milk, add the remaining warm liquid. For an extra creamy latte, it can also be blended in a blender. If desired, you can add a sweetener, such as honey, coconut syrup or coconut blossom sugar.
