What is black cumin oil?
Black cumin oil, or Nigella Sativa, has been traditionally used as a medicine for centuries. Black cumin is also called black seed and comes from the nigella flower. The oil is cold pressed from the seeds that come from this flower.

The oil can be used internally and externally. The oil has a characteristic spicy taste. It is excellent for salads and pasta.

What are the health benefits of black cumin oil?
Black cumin oil has a healthy effect on blood sugar levels.

Recommended dosage:
1.5 to 3 ml (1/3 to 2/3 teaspoon) daily. Shake before use. Use in the cold (below 40 degrees).
