Fibre
With 31.2g of fibre per 100g, Reds Blend organic is a rich source of fibre.

Antioxidants
Red Blend is a source of antioxidants. Antioxidants protect the body from free radicals. Free radicals are molecules produced in the body by the breakdown of nutrients to produce energy. External influences such as pollution (air) and UV radiation can also create free radicals in the body.

Vitamin A and C
Acai berries in particular are rich in vitamin A, which supports eye health, normal intestinal mucosal health and the immune system. Camu Camu berries are rich in vitamin C, which helps protect our cells from oxidative damage. Vitamin C is also important for the formation of collagen, which strengthens the skin.

Rich base for super smoothies
Reds has a delicate berry-vegetable flavor and turns a beautiful red color when blended. You can mix the powder with water, as well as through fruit juice or yogurt. Or add Reds to your favorite smoothie for a nutritional boost. Any sediment is normal.

Recommended dosage:
Dissolve 10 g of Organic Reds mixture (1 generous tablespoon) in water, fruit juice, yogurt or mix into a SuperSmoothie once a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
