Mattisson Organic Breakfast Mix Supersmoothie - 500 g - DMS 3/26

This organic breakfast SuperSmoothie Mix consists of organic spirulina, cocoa, acai berries, lucuma, hemp seeds and maca. The powder can be added to smoothies, milk, water or yoghurt and is ideal for breakfast.

Spirulina (Arthrospira platenis) is a microscopic blue-green algae rich in various essential nutrients. Spirulina acts as a powerful antioxidant and supports healthy blood sugar levels, among other things.

Lucuma powder is made from the fruits of the Pouteria lucuma tree. Lucuma has a vanilla-cinnamon flavor, making it an ideal sugar substitute. Lucuma is rich in beta-carotene, a precursor to vitamin A (provitamin A). Vitamin A helps protect cells from oxidative stress and keeps the skin healthy.

Hemp seed is obtained from the seeds of the hemp plant (Cannabis sativa) and is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids, which contribute to the normal function of the cardiovascular system and the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels. Hemp seed is also a rich source of fiber, which supports proper bowel function, and protein, which supports regeneration after physical exertion.

Cocoa is a powerful antioxidant and contains, among other things, the mineral magnesium, which contributes to normal psychological function.

Maca is also called "ginseng from the Andes" and "food for a good mood". Maca provides more energy and increases vitality and supports hormonal balance because it acts as an adaptogen. Maca has a natural caramel taste.

Recommended dosage:

Add 3 tablespoons (= 2 scoops approx. 15 g) to 200 ml of homemade smoothie made from fruit, vegetables, (rice) milk and/or yoghurt or blend with 200 ml of water. The smoothie can be used as an ideal breakfast, lunch or snack. Can also be added to dessert, cake or food.
