Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) is a blue-green seaweed with a highly concentrated nutritional value. Mattisson spirulina has a partially broken cell wall, which ensures good absorbability. Spirulina is a true superfood and contains chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids and enzymes.

Spirulina powder
Spirulina powder is a superfood ideal for adding to juices, smoothies or yoghurts. Spirulina is an ideal dietary supplement for vegetarians and vegans. The taste of spirulina powder can be described as that of green vegetables, but a little stronger and slightly salty.

Antioxidant
Spirulina contains several B vitamins, including vitamin B2. Vitamin B2 is an antioxidant and helps protect healthy body cells.

Energy
Spirulina contains iron, vitamin B2 and B6, which supports energy levels and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended dosage:

Dissolve 1 large teaspoon (approx. 3 g) of Spirulina powder in water, fruit juice or yoghurt, fruit juice or yoghurt, twice a day.
