Mattisson BIO Supersmoothie Detox - 500g

This organic SuperSmoothie Detox consists of the superfoods Chlorella, Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Barleygrass and Lucuma. The powder can be added to smoothies, milk, water or yoghurt and is ideal for breakfast, lunch or a snack.

Chlorella (Chlorella Vulgaris) is a green unicellular freshwater algae with a very high concentration of chlorophyll. Chlorella acts, among other things, as a powerful antioxidant and a normally functioning metabolism with high energy yield.

Spirulina (Arthrospira platenis) is a microscopic blue-green algae rich in various essential nutrients. Spirulina acts, among other things, as a powerful antioxidant and supports healthy blood sugar levels.

Lukuma powder is made from the fruits of the Pouteria lucuma tree. The taste of lucuma is similar to vanilla-cinnamon, making it an ideal sugar substitute. Lucuma is rich in beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A (provitamin A). Vitamin A helps protect cells from oxidative stress and maintains healthy skin.

Cocoa is a powerful antioxidant and contains, among other things, the mineral magnesium, which contributes to normal psychological function*.

Wheatgrass is also rich in vitamin B5, which supports the health of teeth, bones, skin, hair and nails, and vitamin B11 (folic acid), which contributes to concentration, learning performance and memory. Wheatgrass is also rich in zinc, which supports a healthy acid balance in the body, and iron, which supports a healthy immune system.

Barleygrass is rich in vitamin B1, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, vitamin B2, which contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, vitamin C, which contributes to good immunity, and vitamin B11. Last but not least, barley grass is rich in zinc.

Recommended dosage:

Add 3 tablespoons (= 2 scoops approx. 15 g) to 200 ml of homemade smoothie made from fruit, vegetables, (rice) milk and/or yoghurt or blend with 200 ml of water. The smoothie can be used as breakfast, lunch or snack. Can also be added to dessert, cake or food.
