Mattisson Biotin - vitamin B8 - 1000 mcg

Biotin, or vitamin B8, is a water-soluble vitamin found primarily in eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, and liver. Too little biotin can lead to skin disorders, depression, and anemia. Excess biotin is not harmful because excess is excreted in the urine.

What is biotin good for?
Vitamin B8 is needed to release energy from carbohydrates, fats, and proteins and is involved in the formation of fatty acids. Biotin also supports energy levels, improves mood and learning performance, contributes to the normal function of mucous membranes, and is beneficial for the nervous system.
