Brahmi (Bacopa Monnieri), also known as small oily leaf, is a marsh plant that likes a humid environment. It is a perennial herb from the family of psyllium and comes from South Asia.

Brahmi has been a real favorite of Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Brahmi therefore means "consciousness and wisdom" and is also known as "brain nectar". The herb is popular among students, among others. Brahmi can be found increasingly in dietary supplements these days.

The properties of this herb are mainly due to the bacosides in Bacopa monnieri. Mattisson Brahmi tablets contain 50% bacosides.

Recommended dosage:

2 tablets twice a day Dosage for children: between 10 - 20 kg 1 tablet per day, 20 - 30 kg 3 tablets per day, from 30 kg full dose.
