Mattisson Black Garlic ABG10+® - 250 mg - 60 capsules

Black garlic (Allium sativum) ABG10+® (Aged Black Garlic) is fermented garlic. Fermentation makes the active ingredients in garlic more easily absorbed. The main advantage of using black garlic over "normal", unfermented garlic is that the antioxidant value of black garlic is much higher. In addition, black garlic will not give you bad breath.

Garlic is fermented at a temperature of 60 degrees. During this process, sugars and amino acids react together, creating melanoidin. This substance gives garlic its black color. Fermentation is actually a type of caramelization, which is why black garlic is much sweeter and tastes like broth than white garlic. After fermentation, the cloves are dried and ground into a powder, which is then placed in a vegetarian capsule.

Recommended dosage:

1 vegetarian capsule 1-2 times a day, swallow whole and drink with water.
