Mattisson Energy Support consists of Black Maca, Guarana, Cordyceps and Magnesium Malate.

Black Maca
Maca is a tuberous plant native to the Peruvian Andes and the only edible plant that grows at this altitude (3000-4500 m). Maca is also called "ginseng of the Andes" and "mood food". Black Maca is considered primarily a "male" Maca and is the rarest variety. It exhibits largely similar properties to Yellow Maca, but also has some unique properties. Black Maca contains a wide range of nutrients, including vitamins (B1, B2, B3, C and E), minerals (iron, calcium, magnesium, etc.), fiber and amino acids. Guarana
Guarana (Paullinia cupana) is a nut-like seed of a climbing plant from the Sapindaceae family. The plant owes its name to the indigenous people, the Guaranis. And it has been used by indigenous people for centuries to gain additional energy. The effects of guarana are often compared to the effects of coffee. This is mainly due to the naturally occurring caffeine in guarana. There is even twice as much of it as in coffee. Corcyceps
Cordyceps is a type of fungus known for its unique life cycle and medicinal properties. Fungi of the genus Cordyceps are parasitic in nature and mainly infect insects and other arthropods. The potential health benefits of Cordyceps are attributed to its bioactive compounds, including polysaccharides, nucleosides, and cordycepin.

Magnesium Malate
Magnesium malate is an organic bond between the mineral magnesium and malic acid. Malic acid can be utilized in the citric acid cycle, which contributes to the production of ATP (energy).

Magnesium malate is well absorbed by muscles and supports healthy muscle function. Magnesium malate also supports fatigue.

Recommended dosage:
