Mattisson Epsom salt 650 g

Epsom salt (bitter salt) is also known as magnesium sulfate and is the magnesium salt of sulfuric acid. Epsom salt is a traditional remedy for both external and internal care and is known to have relaxing effects.

Epsom salt can be added to a hot bath to help relax and loosen muscles. In addition, Epsom salt is an ideal agent for exfoliating the skin. Mix Epsom salt with vegetable oil and gently rub the paste onto your face or body to cleanse pores.

Use and storage:
External use: as a bath salt about 100 g in a warm bath or as a compress to relax muscles (long-term: 3 times a week).

Internal use: once a day add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water.
