Mattisson GABA 1000 mg is a carefully formulated blend of GABA, zinc and vitamin B1 (thiamine) that supports your mood and cognitive function.

What is GABA?
GABA, gamma-aminobutyric acid, is a natural substance in our body and an essential neurotransmitter. It is formed from the protein L-glutamine, for the formation of which sufficient protein intake and the production of stomach acid are essential.

The role of zinc
Zinc, a mineral with versatile benefits, not only supports normal carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, but also contributes to maintaining normal memory and resistance to stress.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
This vitamin supports the normal function of the nervous system and provides assistance with mental effort. In addition, it plays a role in the conversion of glutamine to GABA, making it an indispensable element of this synergistic formula.

Why the addition of vitamin B1 and zinc?
The combination of vitamin B1 and zinc in Mattisson GABA 1000 mg is intended not only to supply sufficient amounts of GABA, but also to support the body's natural production of GABA.

Recommended dosage:

Take 1 tablet with water before, during or after exciting moments. Take a maximum of 6 tablets per day.
