What is glucosamine with chondroitin?

Glucosamine is an endogenous substance that is found in almost all of our tissues. It is an important building block of cartilage, which is found in our joints. Cartilage is an elastic tissue also known as a joint shock absorber. Cartilage ensures smooth mobility of our joints. Glucosamine contains only a few food sources.

Glucosamine is often combined with other body-own cartilage building blocks in dietary supplements. Glucosamine and chondroitin are substances that can support each other in their effects.

MSM, vitamin C and vitamin D

MSM is part of almost all proteins in our body, and is therefore indispensable for the synthesis of collagen and the structure of connective tissue and cartilage.

Vitamin C is suitable for building cartilage in the joints. Vitamin C and D help maintain strong bones. The Health Council recommends that seniors and people with darker skin tones take additional vitamin D to strengthen bones.

Recommended dosage:

Take 1-2 tablets once a day during or after meals with water. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
