Açai
Açai is a dark purple berry that looks like a grape. Açai powder is a rich source of fiber. Fiber supports healthy bowel function. Açai is also a rich source of vitamin A. Vitamin A is good for the mucous membranes in the intestines and supports the immune system, among other things.

L-Glutamine
L-Glutamine is an amino acid that acts as a building block for proteins and performs several key functions in the body. It is considered a non-essential amino acid, which means that the body can normally produce it itself. However, during certain conditions, such as stress, illness, intense exercise or injury, the need for glutamine may increase beyond what the body can produce, making it conditionally essential. Glutamine is distributed throughout the body, especially in large quantities in the intestines.

Probiotics 10 Billion
The intestinal flora is home to a large number of bacteria in every person. Some of these bacteria are important for your body and some are harmful. In a healthy intestinal flora, the bacteria are in balance, but the intestinal flora can change due to lifestyle, stress and medication. When the intestinal flora becomes unbalanced, symptoms can occur. Probiotic supplements contain large amounts of "good" bacteria for the intestinal flora.

Chaga
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a fungus and grows on the trunk of the birch tree, from which betalic acid is obtained. Chaga does not look like a fungus, but like a black-orange protrusion on the tree, which is very hard. Chaga thrives especially in cold and harsh climates. Chaga contains many different nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, phenols, enzymes and antioxidants. The substances in chaga have a very high ORAC value (oxygen radical absorbance capacity). The Chaga mushroom also contains many polysaccharides (fibers) rich in beta-glucans and active substances such as betulinic acid.

Sunfiber®
Matisson Organic Guar Bean Fibres Sunfiber® comes from the sprouted white part of the guar plant from India. Guar beans are a rich source of soluble fiber. Soluble fiber is also known as prebiotics. Prebiotic fiber ends up undigested in the large intestine, where bacteria break it down by fermentation into short-chain fatty acids (acetate, butyrate and propionate). These fatty acids serve, among other things, as an energy source for the intestinal epithelium. The advantage of this fiber over others is that it is already fermented, which results in fewer unpleasant sensations such as gas formation.

Recommended dosage:

Mix 1 large tablespoon (8.6 g) with 250 ml of water once a day. Take on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime.
