Magnesium bisglycinate is an organically bound form of magnesium. Other organically bound forms are magnesium taurate, magnesium citrate and magnesium malate. Inorganically bound forms of magnesium include magnesium sulfate and magnesium oxide. Organically bound forms have high bioavailability, so they are well absorbed by the body.

Recommended dosage:
