Celtic sea salt is hand-harvested using the traditional Celtic method, which is over 2,000 years old, in the Guérande region of Brittany, France. Of all the salts available, Celtic salt has the lowest sodium content of 89.7%. This makes Celtic salt softer and gentler than other salts.

Celtic sea salt is grey in colour because the sea salt is mixed with various clay minerals. This makes Celtic sea salt richer in minerals than other forms of salt. Because the salt is not washed, all the minerals are retained. Clay bogs also ensure that Celtic sea salt is naturally purified and therefore uncontaminated.

Recommended dosage:

The advantage of "natural" unrefined salt is that you need much less of it than "regular" table salt, as its taste is much more pronounced.

Sole is a mineral-rich drink made from Celtic sea salt and water, which is drunk to replenish mineral deficiencies.
